Typhoon Parma Approaches

After typhoon KETSANA or ONDOY (local name) has passed just a week ago, another typhoon has just entered the Philippines.

Typhoon PARMA or PEPENG (local name) is now rated as a super typhoon, category 4. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) typhoon PARMA has winds which reaches up to 195 kph and gustiness up to 230 kph.

It is advised for people who are staying in low areas and beside beaches to evacuate to higher ground to avoid injury or casualties. Who might knows how strong typhoon PARMA will be until it hits your area.

All we can do is pray that our country will be spared from another natural disaster which was already started by typhoon KETSANA or ONDOY (local name). People who had been affected by ONDOY are still mourning from their losses. Some had lost love ones, lost their homes, their businesses, and yet another typhoon approaches.
